The worst stay ever I had in my life

I had an extremely unsatisfactory stay at this hotel on 23rd December. The air conditioning in my tent (they call it glamping) was not functioning, and despite multiple complaints, the staff was unable to resolve the issue. Considering the material used to built the tent, the lack of a working AC made the stay unbearable at the day timing even it was december. Night was fine since you don't need an AC. The discomfort was so unbearable that I chose to ran away from the hotel early in the morning without waiting for check-out time. Additionally, the service was pathetic due to the inadequate number of staff members available. This significantly impacted the overall experience, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied with my stay. I paid their peak season price for this horrible stay. And they didn't even offer me any discount on that amount. I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider staying at this establishment.

We went here as a family trip.There were children and elders.as per our travel agent we booked ac deluxe cottages.but they switched off the inverters saying they we have to give 500 rs extra per room for turning on ac.it was hot there and we suffered a lot.the main issue is there was no water in the toilets .i complained about it in the room service and reception too evening itself.but the water came only next day morning 7.Also the toilets had a foul smell and dirty.i complained about and they had a lot of excuses for it.Also the food was horrible.in every curry they put a lot of sugar.the complementary breakfast have only a few normal menu like puttu kadala and iddly chutney.overall we had a very bad experience . called several times for room service but nobody was there.

Staffs are very ruff behaviour and food is not good. I don't want to pay any star points for them. I was treated very badly by their staff. They don't deserve good reviews. Very bad experience for me. I will never come to this resort agai

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I looked online and saw this beautiful property and my parents wanted to relax for a day or to in Vagamon . I saw a few negative reviews but I was planning to book the premium rooms so I figured service would be top notch if I'm paying so much but it wasn't. The staff in particular Mr George has absolutely no manners and 0 sense of hospitality. I spoke to him the night before leaving for Vagamon and he shared all the photos and videos with me .I had asked him atleast 3 times if everything on the property looks the same and is in working condition because it looked too good to be true and he ASSURED me that all amenities are available and are in perfect condition. If I am shelling out 20k for 1 night I would expect it to be absolutely perfect . I booked 2 rooms the Tent and the premium jacuzzi room .In the video he sent me of the tent there was a tub which I thought would be in working condition but to my surprise it wasn't. Even the Jacuzzi in the premium room was leaking . We got into a heated argument with the manager and George and they absolutely refused to compensate anywhere .They give misleading information just so that you can book the room and later get absolutely disappointed. The food was horrible we had ordered chicken , which dint even look like chicken not sure what they fed us. They did not even acknowledge the fact that they were at fault . Extremely rude and pathetic experience. The audacity that Mr George had arguing with me and my parents with a SMIRK on his face even though he was wrong suprised me.THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PROPERTIES IN VAGAMON .SKIP THIS ONE .

very disappointing hotel stay away

This is a very disappointing service. In the room, water runs into the walls and the bathroom when it rains. Even I came after a long trip not capable of serving one tea. Also food orders at 19:20 are delivered at 20:30.I has stayed in many hotels, it is the first worst and most disappointing experience that I face. Even though I asked to send one boy to carry luggage at 10.45 am, nobody came, till 11.20 am and when I reached the car porch with luggage only somebody came there.
